Mr. Chirco is an accomplished executive. He has led systems engineering technology companies with success in Healthcare Systems, Communications Systems and Oil and Gas intelligent systems. Under his leadership at First Genesis several patents have been filed. He has led First Genesis as a technology leader in Artificial Intelligence, (AI). He has experience in International markets and US Federal Systems in Healthcare.

As an Electrical Engineer with computer skills, Mr. Chirco has worked with R&D to create innovative systems and processes that solve problems through the application of technology platforms and AI.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
AT&T:
Mr. Chirco worked in Engineering at AT&T in test systems development, product management, data management, and strategic business planning. He held various positions from Engineer to Assistant Vice President. He was recognized as “Man of the Year” on two occasions.

EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
Over the course of his career Mr. Chirco has held executive positions in ASI, Vertex and Aethra. In 1999 he became President of Intelligent Medicine, Inc. In 2002 he became CEO, First Genesis, Inc. He has directed the development of Mobius Health Information Services Exchange. In 2010, First Genesis received recognition as a member top 50 Fastest Growing Technology Companies in the Houston, Texas area. From 2010 to 2024 First Genesis successfully performed and delivered on Federal Government contracts. He has led First Genesis to become a technology leader in AI and Blockchain platforms with real time machine learning technology. First Genesis has shown technology leadership in the Energy Markets applying its AI and real time machine learning capabilities.
